Yasemin Keskin, the Projects Lead at ANKA Law, is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. She specializes in banking and finance, concentrating especially on project financing, acquisition financing, investment financing, and maritime leasing where she advises a balanced portfolio of foreign and Turkish investors, corporations, and financial institutions.
Yasemin also advises various multinational companies in their entry into the Turkish market by providing assistance as to the legal and regulatory framework in line with the clients’ choice. She guides multinational clients through the entire lifecycle of their entry into the Turkish market, providing comprehensive counsel on both transactional needs and day-to-day corporate law matters.
Yasemin has particularly demonstrated expertise in structuring and financing large-scale investment projects with her involvement in healthcare investment projects, particularly those developed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. She provides assistance to her clients in various sectors including digital publishing, logistics, infrastructure, agriculture and maritime operations.
