İ. Selin Nacar Öztürk, a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, serves as the Dispute Resolution Lead at ANKA Law. Specialising in both alternative dispute resolution and litigation, she represents her clients in intricate national and international disputes, including cross-border and local arbitration cases, litigation and mediation processes involving a diverse clientele of local and foreign companies and prominent individuals. Her expertise encompasses insolvency litigation, partnership disputes, employment-related issues, white-collar crimes and complex enforcement proceedings.

Selin actively takes part in the initial transaction stages in order to provide guidance on a preventative level in order for the clients to have the best position in a possible future dispute resolution.
