Our Managing Partner, Dr. Zahide Altunbaş Sancak, was awarded first place for her article titled, “Information Asymmetry in Corporate Acquisitions and Solutions: Due Diligence and Price Determination Mechanisms.”
The article was originally presented as a paper at the conference “Information Asymmetry as a Contractual Justice Problem and Solution Methods,” organized by the Rona Serozan Comparative Law Research Foundation on November 24, 2023, at İstanbul Bilgi University.
