Aziz Can Cengiz, a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, is an associate at ANKA Law, and a corporate and commercial lawyer. He advises clients on a range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, start-up investments, and corporate restructurings. In addition to his transactional work, Aziz Can provides ongoing counsel to a range of companies on their commercial operations, contract negotiations, and compliance with national and international regulations, with a particular focus on international trade and unilateral sanctions, advising clients on navigating complex cross-border regulations.

Aziz Can also plays a key role in the firm’s approach to legal technology and matter management, ensuring that clients benefit from modern, efficient service delivery. He also previously worked as a researcher for the Irish Centre for Human Rights in University of Galway.
